ACCOMMODATION IN SOPHIA ANTIPOLIS ITSELF
In the Valbonne district within the boundaries of Sophia Antipolis
there are 238 apartments and villas in the "Haut Sartoux"
area, 1080 in "Garbejaire" and 170 properties
in the "Pythagore" building project.
A fourth residential district with 95 properties has been
built in the District of Mougins.
A new residential zone is being built in "Saint Philippe",
in the District of Biot.
10 building projects by 5 different developers will provide a total
of 800 properties when completed.
At present about 700 properties have been finished
and are occupied in the Saint Philippe area, whilst one hundred
will be built in 2005 and 2006.
A school group (nursery and primary) and a community centre will
complete the centre of this new residential area.
